Classes, Schedule and Intros

Monday-Friday: 6am, 7am, 12noon, 4:15pm & 5:30pm

Tuesday & Thursday: 6:45pm

Saturday: 10am & 1pm

Private Training: By appointment

Classes consist of a warm up, technique (skill) session, and workout of the day.

The workout itself usually varies in length from 10 to 30 minutes.
