A) Axle Deadlifts 3.3. 3. 2. 2. 2 .1.1.1
Use a double overhand grip until you
fail then use a mixed grip.
Try to increase the load on each set.
B) Every minute on the minute alternate movements x 20 minutes
Yoke carry x 50′ @ 3x body weight or more
Push jerk x 5 @ body weight or more (AHAP — as heavy as possible)
