I found this meditation when I was looking around the internet for a new guided meditation to listen to for my lifestyle point. It made me smile and opened my heart and left me with a feeling of peace, hope ,and well being. I have never been very good at meditating, though I have always envied those who have broken through whatever is in their way to make a daily practice of clearing the mind or bringing positivity into each conscious thought. I know that like anything, meditation is a practice and it takes time to develop that skill. I have read about the benefits of meditation including but not limited to: reliving stress, anxiety, tension and worry, It has been known to promote relaxation and manifest positivity. Meditation has been used to promote physical as well as mental health and mental control. I am really committed to having a break through with meditation and mindfulness during this Whole Life Challenge and I am super excited…What do you do to meditate???
