A. Back Squat 4-5×5 @30×0, rest 2 min betw sets
(int: 4x 7-8 reps, beg: 4×10-12 reps)

B. 20 Minute AMRAP
400 Meter run
10x Suit Case Walking Lunge (hold kb or db to side of body with arm straight)
10x Single Arm KB Push Press ,
10x wall balls (2 fers for advanced)

Advanced – same splits every round & unbroken rounds
Aer (Musc Endu/ME)
