Training “Grace”

DAY 2 of the Whole Life Challenge is complete! WOOHOO! I don’t know about you, but I feel great!!! The water thing really makes a difference for me!

The prelim event was AWESOME!!! We had roughly 75 people and the energy was off the hook!! If you were unable to make it we are offering a few makeup times this week.

Wednesday, January 15th at 1pm

Friday, January 17th at 8pm
Saturday, January 18th at 11am

IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED YET, THERE IS STILL TIME. REGISTRATION IS OPEN UNTIL JANUARY 17th! Come do the baseline at one of the above mentioned times and we will take your measurements as well!!!!
