Are you up for the Challenge? WLC begins this Saturday

The first Whole Life Challenge starts this Saturday, January 11th! If you’re unfamiliar with the Whole Life Challenge, you can read all about it at wholelifechallenge.com.

We’re kicking things off Friday night at 7pm with our Pre-Game Huddle. This is where we’re going to run down how the challenge works, go over the rules, what to expect, and answer any questions you have. If you absolutely can’t make it Friday night, you can watch our Pre-Game Huddle from the last WLC here.

On Saturday, the prelims event is starting at 11am SHARP at the gym. The prelims will consist of taking your measurements (hips and waist) and doing a baseline workout. We will be canceling all classes on Saturday in lieu of the WLC prelims event. If you were planning on coming to class on Saturday, fret not! The baseline workout will more than suit your needs. :)

The Undisputed WLC baseline workout is as follows:

As many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Sit ups
  • 15 Squats

We’re really excited to start another WLC and see how much you all improve!

Remember- you don’t have to be a member of Undisputed Fitness or even live in Santa Fe to join us in doing the Whole Life Challenge! The challenge is open to anybody who wants to improve their state of being!
