So many friends

Thank you all for making Bring A Friend Days such an amazingly fun experience. We had 28 people in the 10am class and 26 in the 1pm class on Saturday. You guys rock!

Remember, we’re doing a food drive all month long called Fitness Starts with Food. You can bring in food to donate any time. On the 21st we’re holding an extra class and all classes those days will be open to the public, the buy in is 1lb of non-perishable (but still healthy) food. The more everyone donates, the more people we can help!
