Ax3: Skill/Structural Work
A1. KB Walking Lunge x8 reps each leg, rest 30 sec
A2. Toes to Bar x10-15 reps, rest 30 sec
A3. Romanian Dead Lifts x6-8 reps, rest 1 min before returning to A1

WOD: New Fight Gone Bad
Rounds: 1 min per station, at the end of 5 stations, rest 1 min
