The new year is upon us! We’re going to be operating on a bit of a limited schedule going into 2014.  Check it out:

This Saturday, we’re canceling our 1pm class in order to get the gym all pretty for you guys for the holiday party!

Wednesday
A. Establish 1 rep max Power clean

B. 80% of 1RM – As many reps as possible in 8 minutes

C. 3 rounds for time of:
25 Wall balls
15 Toes to bar
