WARMUP/Skills
Skills handstand 10 minutes, both on the wall, walking etc. Pike pushups supports from box if not.. .loading up the shoulder girdle

Prep:
20 Turkish getups, untimed, smooth, no more than 10 minutes. Work up in weight as needed. (10 each arm)

WOD – Intervals… work:rest 1:1, higher level effort should warrant the rest period.

C:
3 min AMRAP at all high effort
5 HSPU, )advanced do deficit. scale to box pike push ups, or regular push ups, etc)
10 KB Swings heavy
15 goblet squats
