Heavy and Light…


OMG- I ate at Joseph’s Table (corner of Agua Fria and Defouri) tonight with Kelley Fletcher and it was SUBLIME. Let us just say that I did not leave there with all of my points and it was totally worth it- especially after JACK!!!!!!
All levels
A) 1 Heavy- 5 light- 1 heavy- 10 light- 1 heavy- 20 light- Back squats
( the object is for each heavy to get heavier. The lights can stay the same or get lighter depending)
B) 12 minute AMRAP-
