Partner workout:

Athlete’s choice-
26 minute AMRAP- one partner works at a time for :30 second intervals-

For One point = sit ups or squats
For Two points = push ups or pull ups
For Three points = burpees or box jumps

The object is to get the most points possible per team- you get to choose how to do that!!!
