August 15th-
 You may have noticed that the programming lately has been focusing on Cleans of all Varieties and Overhead Presses.One of the reasons is to assist the athletes that are in the 330 Challenge in improving their movements and their time from the Prelims to the Finals which are coming up THIS Saturday!!!!! The Finals will take place at 10am. If you are not participating in the Challenge- please come cheer on those brave and fierce individuals that are!!!! The more screaming and energy, the better we perform so please come yell your little hearts out while we all attempt to smash our preliminary scores.

We will have regularly scheduled park workout at Torreon Park at 1pm- that will be the only CrossFit class for those of you that are not in the 330 Challenge.
