Today, we bid adieu to an extraordinary coach, Crow Rising. Crow has worked at Undisputed on and off for 4 years. She has been instrumental in out development as a business and a Tribe. She is moving on to focus her energy on her tattoo shop, Talis Fortuna. We will miss her.

7 Power Cleans (115/85)

2 Push Jerk Emom for 12 minutes
