The self defense seminar was awesome! I, for one, learned a ton of practical and Empowering skills that I look forward to drilling with some of the other participants. Did you know that you could try a Jiu Jitsu class for free to see whether or not itnis something that you would like to pursue and also that we have added a Jiu Jitsu fundamentals class three times a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 730 to 830.
