Bring A Friend Days!
We’re giving you the chance to show your friends, family, co-workers, etc, what exactly it is you do that has you eating different, looking better, and constantly talking about it!
Every class on June 20th, 21st, and 22nd is open for you to bring a guest to! Bring them to CrossFit, Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, or Kickboxing and let them experience this special addiction of yours.
A) 3 X 3 Overhead Squats
B) Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes – 2 x Hang Squat Snatch
C) As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
10 hollow rocks
20 v twists
30 second plank hold
A) 5×5 o/h squats
B) Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes – 3 x Squat Snatch
