Today marked the first of our leveled classes at CrossFit Santa Fe and it went great! Remember, every Thursday now (tomorrow) at 5:30 is now an Intermediate/Advanced class.

Dumbbell Tabata – 20 sec of work with 10 sec of rest for 4 minutes each exercise.
