Annie Lederman rocks!!

So…we had a running workout with double unders planned for tomorrow but as I thought about the return of winter…I began to think about putting in a benchmark instead. I texted Tait my thoughts about it and he sent me back a picture of our mutual friend Annie Lederman (look her up- she is super funny and awesome and has recently appeared on the show Chelsea Lately), whom he was watching at that moment deliver what I am sure is a hilarious comedy show! So in honor of Annie….

Followed by

10 minute EMOM of Max Effort strict pull-ups !!!
