The final WOD of the 2013 CrossFit Open season is here and it is an interesting one.

13.5 is:

Workout 13.5
4 minute AMRAP of:
15 Thrusters (100 / 65 lbs)
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
*4 minute bonus for every 90 reps (3 rounds) completed.

Meaning every time you complete 3 rounds, 4 minutes gets added to the clock.
