It’s great to be back!

Hey guys! I’m back from my 9 day trip to Los Angeles and I can’t wait to see all of your beautiful faces! I’m going to write some blogs about the happenings on my trip and post them in the coming days. I visited a total of 4 different CrossFit gyms and 2 different 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu schools and all of them were such a great experience. I can’t stress enough how great of an opportunity it is to get to visit different boxes, workout with different people and get coached by different coaches. We really are part of an extraordinary community.
