Games Open WOD 12.4, I mean 13.3
This weeks Open workout has been released and it’s….. the exact same workout from Week 4 of the 2012 Open. Which is:
12min AMRAP of:
150 Wall balls 20/14
90 Double Unders
30 Muscle ups
They have added a minute detail this time around though in the form a tie breaker. Just like 13.1, the time must be noted after you finish each section of the workout.
Here is where I would normally add official Open pictures with links to the standards and demonstration videos but the site seems to be down. Lots people checking in to find out the workout I guess!

They posted THIS awesome blog today which I loved and thought would be super pertinent to some, maybe a lot, of you in the Whole Life Challenge.
You may recall me sharing my experience from the last WLC that involved me really leaning out for the first half, and then getting hooked on dried fruit for the second half. Sure, I had just as good a score, but my measurements shot right back up to what they were at the start of the challenge.
To quote FFOTB coach Logan Gelbrich, “The rules of the game are NOT a blueprint for 6 pack abs. Ten bananas a day gets your a perfect score in the WLC, as well as diabetes and a few inches around your waist.”
So even though you have an awesome recipe for pancakes, muffins, cookies, etc. that are “totally WLC compliant”, maybe save it for a special occasion or for a challenge approved cheat.
