CrossFit Open WOD 13.2 has been announced! It is:

Workout 13.2

10 minute AMRAP of:
5  Shoulder to overhead, 115 / 75 lbs
10 Deadlift, 115 / 75 lbs
15 Box jump, 24 / 20 inch

It seems, so far, that the WODs this year are really reflective of the WODs of Opens past. What are your thoughts on this? Would you prefer they come up with new workouts or do you think having done it (or at least something similar) before can give you a slight edge?
I can tell you that the Open WOD last year that involved push press and box jumps (12.3 – switching out the toes to bar for deadlifts this time around) was much more of a lung burner than I was anticipating. And it doesn’t look like this one is going to be any different.
