–don’t put bar down during the complex
20 min cap
 
C.) Time/task priority
TASK
500m row for time
Rest 3 minutes, then….
 
TIME
ROW AS MANY meters as possible in the time it took to complete task priority.
Rest 3 minutes
Then…
Do a burpee for every meter that’s left of the balance for the time priority.
