Programming and class schedule change for Wednesday February 13th.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, February 13th
We are hosting a Pre Valetine’s Day workout at 9am and 6pm  for non-members only. Because of this, we have had to make a slight adjustment to our regular class schedule for the late afternoon classes. The later classes will be at 5pm and 6pm instead of 5:30 and 6:30. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding and hope that you have a couple of friends coming in to check out what CrossFit is all about.
