-goal is max weight
B. EMOM for 5 minutes
Max reps strict pull-ups
-if scaling, use what will land u at 7-10 reps
C. 3rounds, each for time of
10 squat cleans
30 double unders
10 strict pull-ups
30 double unders
-cutoff  for each round is 3min
-rest after each round for exactly the time of your round.
