A Twist on Tabata
Tabata is 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest, traditionally going for 4 minutes each exercise with a minute rest in between. It also happens to be my favorite type of exercise. I love it because, for one, you can make literally ANY workout into a Tabata workout. It also really appeals to me because my short attention span makes it hard for me to do anything for more than 20 seconds.
