I’d like to first give a few shout outs to athletes who CRUSHED their backsquat PR’s yesterday. Steve Domas upped his personal best by 50 pounds. Crystal Richards went up by 55 pounds. And Bin Li improved by 70 POUNDS. WOW. Great job, guys!
