Paleo Pot Luck! AND KICKBALL! BAM!

We’re ending the Whole Life Challenge with a bang! Saturday at 2pm, at Alto Park (right across the street from the gym), we’re having a paleo potluck picnic! Make your favorite paleo (WLC compliant) dish (complete with recipe card so your fellow athletes can make it for themselves later on), bring your family and come enjoy a day at the park! (It might be the last chance to this year!)

There will be a grill so don’t be scurred to bring some meat! Just make sure to bring some veggies with it so we can all get those bonus points!

And one last thing- MOTHA****IN’ KICKBALL, YO!
