Unfortunately, I do not have pictures to prove it but Tait and I did this WOD today (Sunday) and as we were in the thick of the KB Snatches, I looked up and Tait was in his underwear. Distracting, to say the least. So we are hereby naming this workout, the underwear WOD:

Monday:

Buy in:
40 goblet squats (32/20)

3 minutes rest then: 

WOD:
100 kb snatches (24/16)
75 jumping lunges
50 dead lifts (135/95)
25 back squats
100 double unders

then…rest 3 minutes and

Buy out:

40 KB Swings (32/20)

HAVE FUN! PANTS ARE OPTIONAL!!!!!
