Gym WOD @ 8am

Park WOD @ 1pm (meet at Undisputed)

The schedule is this way so that we can all go down and watch, cheer, and support our team that is competing tomorrow at Boxtoberfest!!! This is huge and it will be amazing and inspiring. Come show your teammates you care.
