Monday’s Workout of the Day is…

Handstand Pushup skill

Mile run for PR

5minutes rest from the time the last athlete comes in from the run, then:

14 Minute AMRAP:

5 Handstand Pushups

10 Ring Dips

20 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25lb.)

5 Burpees
