The obstacle course is almost here!
Just a reminder that we will be going over the obstacle course skill sets after each class that doesn’t have a class directly following it (ie: 8am, 1pm, 7:30pm on Thursday and 6:30pm on Friday) and on Saturday at 11:30am.
Have you gotten a chance to move the atlas stones, sand bags and sled around yet??? What are you thoughts on it??
