Plans for Memorial Day – revisiting an old friend.

Memorial Day is one week from today! We hope that you all get to enjoy a long weekend filled with pools, BBQ’s, relaxation and Murph.

Wait, what? Murph?

Yes, Murph. We here at Undisputed Fitness will be joining you in taking an extended weekend and will be closed on Memorial Day, May 28th. We will, however, be having two CrossFit classes that day – one at 8am and one at 2pm – and the workout of the day will be the infamous Murph. We look forward to seeing all of you take a break from taking a break to tackle this Hero.
