Sorry about the confusion everyone but I got my dates mixed up…..this saturday we wil have the 1130 movement class but next saturday we will not. The 1130 movement class will be a repeat from last week (because of the small turnout). So we will be discussing the stretch and shortening phase & core to extremity moments.

The team wod will be:
Teams of two, one person works at a time, two 10min AMRAPs, the first one one partner runs 400m then tags their partner who then rows 500m then tags the running partner again for total number of meters rowed plus number of meters ran. Then the two partners switch for the next AMRAP.



Mobility WOD
