For the saturday classes

The 1130 will be a bit different from what we have usually been doing. Since this will be the last of the movement classes we are going to be discussing the things you can’t see but can make all the difference. That’s right the “N” and the “B” word…..nutrition and breathing.

The team WOD is
20 min AMRAP
800m run
100 sit ups
One person works at a time, when running switch every 200m, when doing sit ups switch as needed.
