Team WOD: 20 min AMRAP, teams of two, 1 person does burpee box jumps, the other person holds a kettlebell in the racked position. switch every minute 4 total number of burpee box jumps. if the kettlebell touches the ground both partners do 10 squats.
For the 1130 movement class were gonna be talking about running. so be prepared to go outside.
