7 minutes max burpees.

Every single one of you is capable of doing this workout!!!! It will be fun and challenging to see how many burpees you can get done in 7 minutes. Come on…let’s do it together. We are all here for a common goal. For a common purpose. To be the best that we can be. To reach our self perceived parameters and then surpass them…looking back and scoughing at what used to be too much.RIGHT?
