Jenna and Tolga Muscle UP!!

 Today was so much fun(in a CrossFit kinda way) and a couple of athletes got their muscle ups today!!! Tolga, Chris W, and Joe S. all got their first muscle ups which is so exciting! Toga got his and then did 21 of them in the work out to do it RX!!! That man is a beast!!!

For tomorrow:

5×5 of front squat–increase 5-10 from last week

9 dead lifts. 185/135
12 plate jumps
