Everybody planche push up tonight!

How did everybody like those planche push ups today? Is everybody going to be working on them at home so you’re ready for them the next time they show up in a WOD? I’m going to assume the answer to that question is yes. Here’s a video to help!


5×5 Front Squat at roughly 50% of your 1RM


Goal: Find the heaviest weight that you can complete a four minute set of 2 squat cleans a minute. 8 total .

Five rounds, 4 minutes each:
2 Squat Cleans every minute on the minute
– 1 minute break between rounds for weight changes
– Weight changes only during each one minute rest interval
– Goal is the successful completion of all reps during a 4 minute period w/ the heaviest weight.

Oh baby, this was a burner!!! Surprising too.
