20 min amrap:
10 push presses 95/65
15 back squats 95/65
20 wall ball (20/14)

Alex, how you can think burpees are lame?!!! I am guessing you just don’t like them, and so doing them “feels” lame…..Building endurance and stamina with your entire body’s center of gravity traveling to the floor and into the air…is NOT lame….
