PUMPKIN POWAH and Tuesday’s WOD!

TODAY, WE PUT A NEW SPIN ON THE IDEA OF CONSTANTLY VARIED AND WORKED OUT WITH PUMPKINS. THIS WORKOUT WAS MUCH HARDER THAN IT LOOKED AND WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL TO WATCH. THANK ALL OF YOU THAT PLAYED ALONG AND BROUGHT YOUR OWN PUMPKIN WEIGHT!!!

2 snatches a minute for 8minutes
(if squat snatch isn’t possible with @least the ten pound rubber weights on a bar, then use a heavier weight and power snatch it) Cookie
8 minute amrap :
8 dead lifts(275 lb dead or 65% max)
8 box jumps
