Here are a couple of key points and tips to think about when tackling Karen(150 wallballs at 20 lbs, each and every rep hits the ten foot mark)…

There should be integrity in each movement:

Drop into a full(at or below parallel) squat, keeping your chest high, ball stays on top of chest(don’t let it pull you forward), drive up through your heels, explode through your hips, and push ball towards target following through with hands. Catch ball high and drop immediately into a full(at or below parallel) squat, keeping your chest high, ball stays on top of chest(don’t let it pull you forward), drive up through your heels, explode through your hips, and push ball towards target following through with hands. Catch ball high and drop immediately into a full(at or below parallel) squat, keeping your chest high, ball stays on top of chest(don’t let it pull you forward), drive up through your heels, explode through your hips, and push ball towards target following through with hands. Catch ball high and drop immediately into a full(at or below parallel) squat, keeping that up for 146 more reps and you are done!
