Last weeks Thursday WOD- upside down and backwards!
OKAY GANG!!! Remember last weeks 3 rounds of varying degrees of “Cindy”?-
Well, here is a little twist. We were wondering what it would be like to do that WOD in the reverse order. Ostensibly, it would start with the hardest round first and finish with the “easiest”. So, let’s find out. I took a picture of the board at the end of the day last Thursday, so if you worked out last Thursday, you can compare and contrast your results from doing this WOD backwards. Let us know what you think…easier, harder or just different???
5 minute amraps:
10 hollow position
15 goblet squats 24/32 then rest 2 mins…
5 dead hangs
10 games pushups
15 jumping squats(triple extension)
…then rest 2 minutes
and finally 5 minutes of Cindy….
