Partner WOD:

200 meter partner carry then

Teams of two work together to complete 150 Overhead Squats(95/65), using the same barbell and the same weight.

Partner 1 does as many reps as possible until failure, then partner 2 does the same.

When partner 2 can do no more they go do another 200 meter buddy carry.

This routine continues until the partner team completes 150 Overhead squats!
