Mid-Week WOD/Wednesday

First off folks I wanna talk with you you BRIEFLY about hydration. DRINK WATER!!!!! Did you know that being dehydrated by even 1% will affect your performance by 10%. That is huge people!! So how much water should you drink? Without working out the effective amount of water to have your body and mind running smoothly is 1/2 your body weight in ounces, add in a workout and you can increase that amount by 16-20 ounces. NO EXCUSES. You can do this, and until you do, you won’t know what you are missing. Like a car running without oil, you do not function your best without being hydrated. WORD.

Wednesday’s WOD

“Sundance” 20min AMRAP 24/16kg

10 kb swings , 10 one armed O/H squat, 10 kb snatches, 10 push ups
