What would you program??

Sometimes I get asked about what my thoughts are on programming/what my goals are for the athletes/what my considerations are about workouts.
Well, that ain’t what this blog is about!! What this is about is what YOU think about those things!
As you all know we are coming up on a HUGE altruistic event called Fight Gone Bad. In the next 4 weeks we will be doing variations of that workout that will best prepare our athletes for the event….that’s where YOU come in!
We need all our creative, brilliant, inspired students to put a little thought into what that will be. You mission, if you choose to accept it, is to write programming for a workout that you think will help prepare us for FGB.
I will choose a WOD from all the wod’s submitted to put in as our Friday WOD each week up until the final day.
GET BUSY!! Post them in these comments…and please…do it now!
….and if you haven’t yet, sign up and make an athlete profile and start to get friends and family contributing to your FGB endeavors!! Go to http:sportsgrants.com – today!!!!
Yay, Team Undisputed ! This is gonna ROCK!!!

Tait, I believe in order to improve and become stronger and faster at something, you need to practice often. So I propose that that every week after the warm up and before the WOD, we do a minute of each for reps: MW: Wallballs, Push Press, & Box Jumps and on T,TH: Sumo Deadlift High Pulls & Burpees. We do this weekly until the 17th. Also, I propose for Friday a “Lucky 7” WOD: 3 rounds for time of 7 reps of each of the following excercises in this order: Thrusters, Burpees, Sumo Deadlifts High Pulls, Burpees, Wallballs, Burpees, Push Press, Burpees and then an 800 meter run after the 3 round. (I added the thrusters and run, just for the hell of it) Kim

I forgot to include the box jumps in that sequence. So please add it after the last burpee. thx, Kim.
