Hello All! We have a sign up sheet for Fight Gone Bad 6 at the WOD board, please sign up unless you are competing in the Celtic Games-there is no excuse!

Tomorrow’s WOD involves a 2minutes max sit ups with a partner (your partner will count and anchor your feet) If your abs feel like mine from Annie on the Run, it’s gonna be tough.

Then we will move on to kettle bell snatches, learn review and then smash with a 10 minute max rep kb snatch 16/24….this may go on our hero board y’all, so get ready and see in la manana!

Celtic games! Whats that?! I’ll be there in spirit everyone….and when you done come down to Las Golondrinas for a giant turkey leg to refuel after FGB.
