WOD:

15 Push Press – 95

10 Front Squat

5 Squat Cleans

200 Meter Run

Sometimes things don’t go as planned and today was one of those days. This was not the WOD at all… Crow did some problem solving and we ended up doing

Annie on the run :

50 Double Unders, 50 Situps, 400 meter run

40 Double Unders, 40 Situps, 400 meter run

30 Double Unders, 30 Situps, 400 meter run

20 Double Unders, 20 Situps, 400 meter run

10 Double Unders, 10 Situps, 400 meter run

Sorry to bring this here but I dunno where I should leave suggestions? Anyway your pages seems to load slow from time to time and I noticed that you have a few Javascripts in your sourcecode.
