Friday’s Student FGB Programming

Also find a partner you wanna work with. It isn’t necessary but could be a lot of fun and super beneficial to have a focused training buddy.

And last but not least, GET US YOUR PROGRAMMING IDEAS! We know you all have opinions on WODs and maybe are starting to see the method to the madness, but even if you don’t yet see why we program the way we do we want to hear your ideas. What would help you prepare for the 5 movements of FGB? What kinds of practice do you need? What kind of mobility is in order. Take part in the community, it’s fun and we love you!
