30seconds work max reps one minute rest

60seconds work max reps one minute rest

90seconds work max reps one minute rest

full cycle of one movement through  30, 60, 90 and then go onto the next movement

Starting with:
Burpees with plate O/H 45/25
then Burpees with lateral jump over a plate
then Jumping lunges with plate O/H(on back to scale)
finally Max single under jump-rope

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
